Ms Bahen has had extensive experience in the education policy sector, having worked at Senior Director Level in the public and private sector in Australia for many years.

Jen began her career in the Australian Government Department of Education and Training.  In 2010 she was posted with the Department to the Australian Embassies in Beijing and Bangkok, where she was the Counselor for Education, managing the broad bilateral relationship between China/Thailand and Australia.
