Gary Willmott has been involved in Education and Training for over 4 decades in Australia, Canada and Singapore. Gary was Assistant Director General TAFE NSW prior to his appointment in 2003 as Deputy Chief Executive of the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) where he led the development of Singapore's Workforce Skills Qualifications system. He was appointed inaugural Executive Director of the Institute for Adult Learning Singapore from 2008 to 2010.
