Celia Yeo – Senior International Development Advisor, Melbourne Polytechnic, Australia

Ms Celia Yeo has vast experience in the international education industry. With over 32 years in this industry, Celia has experienced a variety of roles and her last role was with the Victorian Government Trade & Investment – SE Asia team. This role provided a platform to develop a larger “opportunity space” in which government can create value for Victorian providers in all education sectors including schools, VET, HE and EdTech.
Celia’s current role in the International Development team @Melbourne Polytechnic is to identify new markets, new partnerships, and new ways to reach existing markets for VET and HE whilst managing current partnerships to ensure sustainability and growth.

Bruce Lee is the Principal of CAC Academy and the Advisor of the Chef's Association of Malaysia, Penang Chapter since 1988. Bruce is also an assessor and vocational training offer at the Department of Skill Development Malaysia.
